This event is organized by A Wish Come True, the oldest wish-granting organization in Rhode Island and Massachusetts, dedicated to bringing joy and fulfilling dreams for children aged 3-18 years old with life threatening illnesses. A Wish Come True goes beyond granting wishes; it becomes a beacon of hope for children and their families facing the challenges of life-threatening illnesses. The organization provides essential support such as financial assistance for bills like mortgages and groceries, counseling services, and various programs designed to help families cope with their situations. The most heartwarming aspect of their mission is the creation of unforgettable experiences for these brave children and their families. A Wish Come True raises funds to send families on exciting vacations and fulfill dream encounters. Some children choose to visit magical places like Disney World in Florida, while others request trips across the country, swing sets, bedroom makeovers, and more.
