Today I’m proud to share that we’re launching our first two cocktails: Ume Spritz and Chili Margarita. The Ume Spritz is my personal favorite. Crisp, bright, with a hint of tart, it’s crafted with Aplós Calme, ume plum (a delicious Japanese plum that tastes a bit like a cherry), oroblanco grapefruit, white tea, and sea buckthorn.
