Last week, our team had the pleasure of joining our friends at Kiss The Ground for their second annual benefit at Blue Hill At Stone Barns, where we enjoyed a farm-to-table dinner crafted by award-winning chef Dan Barber. The evening showcased the rich bounty of the Hudson Valley and celebrated the transformative power of regenerative agriculture. We are proud of Kiss The Ground's remarkable impact and look forward to supporting their continued success in advancing soil health and sustainability.

In September, we teamed up with Terrain to host the Anthropologie x Terrain Spooky Terrarium Workshops in stores across the country. Attendees enjoyed a hands-on experience, crafting their own terrariums with guidance from Terrain experts, who also shared insights into regenerative agriculture. Even better? 100% of ticket proceeds went to support Kiss The Ground, a non-profit helping to cultivate change through responsible practices.

🌟 Meet our Five-Star Stylist, Michelle 🌟 Michelle's connection with the brand and customer clicked almost immediately. "I began personal styling a month after working at Anthro, and it felt like I discovered my true calling," she says. "I haven't looked back since." As a stylist, Michelle recognizes her role in tailoring each customer's experience and making them feel comfortable every step of the way. "Styling often involves asking the right questions and actively listening to someone's needs and wants. Even if they can’t always articulate it, our customers know what they like. It's my job to interpret their preferences and translate that into the perfect outfit." While having such a customer-oriented approach can be hard work, Michelle always finds ways to stay driven and inspired. "Helping people feel more confident and express themselves is so rewarding. There's always a new face, new style, or new initiative that keeps me going," she says. As for what's next... "My main goal is to pay it forward, use my position to elevate others, and help other stylists grow and develop so they can be part of this program one day, too!" Michelle says. Stay tuned to hear more of our featured stylists' stories. In the meantime, book a (free!) styling appointment to meet the pros near you: https://lnkd.in/g6KQskEs

🍂Last week, our team came together at our home office to celebrate fall! With seasonal treats, food trucks, and games, it was a fantastic day filled with fun and camaraderie. We also had a meaningful initiative where employees could create their own bouquets by donating to The Wardrobe, a Philadelphia-based non-profit tackling clothing insecurity and supporting women transitioning into the workforce. We’re thrilled to share that our amazing team contributed over ⭐ 300 donations ⭐ to this important cause! 🍁
