APPROACHABLE LUXURY • AMD is excited to share one of our latest branding projects, completed for a new restaurant on the upper east side of Atlanta, GA! Inspired by the dining culture of Europe, CONFAB will be a casual yet upscale gathering place, designed for people to eat, drink, and converse with friends. The word confab itself is defined as: “familiar talk or conversation.” About the logo: Taking inspiration from both the word “confab” and the interior design of the restaurant, AMD designed this logo with three individual and scalable options. In the primary and secondary logos, the underlined vowels emphasize the pronunciation of the restaurant’s name. The font used is European inspired, thin, and structured, while still providing casual and approachable curves. This is a perfect blend for a restaurant - catching the eyes of passersby and making them curious for more. HUSHED RELAXATION • We are excited to share our plans for a corporate retrofit! After brainstorming with our client about various ways to increase employee recruitment and retention, AMD proposed the idea of a Quiet Room. Research shows that employees are still looking for that “at home” feel in the office and opportunities to break away from their desks during the day.
