In celebration of Pride Month, our AG Pride affinity group hosted a paint-by-number activity in many of our offices. The artwork was created by talented LGBTQ artists and highlighted the vibrancy, resilience, and diversity of the LGBTQ community. 

The last several years have seen an evolution of the landscape of trade secret disputes. An Analysis Group team, led by Vice Presidents Peter Finch, CFA and Andrea Hugill, supported industry experts in Zunum Aero’s successful trade secret misappropriation litigation, in which they alleged that Boeing misappropriated proprietary information on their all-electric and hybrid-electric aircraft. https://lnkd.in/eRtQmPRY

Drawing on last year’s Booking/eTraveli decision, Senior Advisor Eliana Garces, Vice President Devin Reilly, and Manager Olga Kozlova Guglielmi have coauthored an article that explores how European regulators are thinking about digital ecosystems in merger control.

In celebration of Pride Month, our AG Pride affinity group hosted a firm-wide conversation with award-winning filmmaker Yoruba Richen (she/her/hers) yesterday. Ms. Richen spoke about identity and intersectionality in the context of the civil rights and gay rights movements, her filmmaking journey, and her own lived experience.
