Pace yourself. It's really important to pace yourself especially when you're taking on a marathon that seems like it will never end. Don't forget to take breaks when you need them and do things that bring you joy and relaxation. Whether that means lounging on the couch and watching some guilty pleasure TV or hitting the gym to get your sweat on do whatever works best for you. And if you're, into reading grab your Kindle or treat yourself to some books because chances are you'll be spending a lot of time waiting around anyway. So why not make the most of it by diving into some reading?. Always remember it's completely okay to have days every once, in a while.
