🪧 JOB OPP: Looking for an Assistant, Tour Marketing to join my team at Wasserman Music. 📍Must be based in Los Angeles or will be moving to Los Angeles as the role is a hybrid of in-person and remote work. (Only candidates based in the U.S. will be considered as no work visa sponsorship will be available.) 🌟 WHAT/WHO: Ideal candidate has a strong interest in specifically both music marketing and live music/touring, and learning about the intersection of the two. Details/Specifics of the position are all at the link below, but it's a mix of general administrative and marketing tasks. Entry-level role, but would love someone that has at least a year or two of work experience in entertainment (live music experience a PLUS). Looking for someone that wants the opportunity (and the challenge) to cut their teeth in the marketing and live side of the music industry. Role is in the biz part of the music biz and specific to live music marketing, so candidates that want to go into booking or the artist/performance routes need not apply as this will not be a launching pad into those. Extremely busy desk, so role is also not for the faint of heart. No two days are the same, so looking for A GREAT communicator that's detailed-oriented, highly organized, proactive, thrives in a fast-paced environment, can read a room, exudes confidence, takes ownership of their work, and can maintain confidentiality and professionalism interfacing with high-level client teams and internal/external executives. Has their finger on the pulse of pop culture and what's trending in marketing, music and live events. As the role will require work across national (U.S./North America) and international (outside of the U.S.) tours in multiple time zones/territories, looking for someone that has experience in and/or has a desire to work across different cultures/markets and a variety of genres.
