Restoring dignity and healing through Love by providing free healthcare
About us
Mission of Mercy restores dignity and provides healing through Love by providing free healthcare services to the working poor. We bring the doctors to the people, taking action against our broken, corporate healthcare system. For 26 years, Mission of Mercy Arizona has served Maricopa County. We remain the only FREE mobile medical clinic in our state for the thousands of uninsured Arizonans. We are proud of our work and know you will be equally proud that the community in which you live offers such an amazing program! Please reach out to us for more information.

We are so blessed to have connected with rickey johnson, who has been an incredible voice for MOM Arizona AND an important volunteer for our patients and staff. Rickey walks you through one of our clinics and explains that we offer healthcare services to anyone who needs to see a doctor. We offer basic medical (including labs and medication), eye care for established patients and can refer you to dental services (we are not yet able to provide them in Arizona directly). Most of our patients have chronic conditions (such as diabetes and high blood pressure) and we help them learn how to manage it, monitor it and treat it on a regular basis. He also notes we are always looking for individuals and businesses to support us since we are 100% privately funded. Find out more on our website at momaz.org and sign up for a tour. Thank you Rickey! Please join his 20K followers to keep up with all of his good work!

Mission of Mercy was THE primary care provider for 1,845 Maricopa County residents in 2023. In our FREE clinics, these patients improve their quality of life, change the long-term trajectory of their health outcomes, and learn to manage chronic diseases like diabetes and cardiovascular disease. We are posed to serve even more of our uninsured and underinsured neighbors in 2024, thanks to the volunteers, donors, and partners who believe in this work. Together, we can close the gap in healthcare access! #healthequitynow #healthequity #restoredignity

Recently, we were deeply saddened by the passing of one of our most dedicated volunteer physicians, Dr. Raymond Schneider. For years, Dr. Schneider, a retired family practitioner, dedicated his time and expertise to serving the patients at Mission of Mercy's City of Chandler, Arizona clinic. We are so grateful for his compassionate care, his belief in a better healthcare model, and his dedication to our neighbors in need. #RestoreDignity #HealingthroughLove #volunteersmakeadifference
