We also welcomed our new interns, Rosie and Rebecca, and re-welcomed Selah, who joined us full-time. Meet another one of Aminad’s Summer Business Analyst Interns, Rosie Wang! Rosie is currently studying economics at Duke University. Now, let’s get to know a little bit more about her! ✨ What are you looking forward to most in your role as a summer intern? "I am most looking forward to learning valuable skills from experienced consultants, meeting everyone at the firm, and traveling to the DC Metro area to see the office." ✨ How do you spend your free time? "My hobbies in my free time are playing the flute and piano, Pilates/weightlifting, watching basketball, crocheting, and seeking out new restaurants to try." ✨ What is your favorite element of Aminad’s company culture? "My favorite element of Aminad’s company culture is generosity. From the moment I had my first phone call with a recruiter to the interviews I had with employees at the firm, I got a sense that everyone I interacted with was incredibly generous with their time and went above and beyond to encourage and support me throughout the recruiting and onboarding process."

We celebrated Aminad’s 5th birthday with a ping pong party! All of the Aminad employees flew in from all over the country for our semi-annual meetings and to say Happy Birthday to Aminad! We love when we can get the whole team together outside of the office to kick back and have some fun. Selah is a graduate of the University of Virginia McIntire School of Commerce with a concentration in Management and IT with a second major in Economics. Now, let’s get to know a little bit more about her! ✨ What are you looking forward to most in your role? "I am most looking forward to working with a team of people who are all genuinely interested in and passionate about the work that Aminad does, and for engaging with our clients and helping them find optimal solutions that fit their unique needs. I am extremely excited to join a team that prioritizes both its clients and the impact it has on its external community." ✨ How do you spend your free time? "I love to spend my free time curled up on the couch with a good book, baking, or exploring a new place with my camera. I also love to travel and try new food!" ✨ What is your favorite element of Aminad’s company culture? "Generosity - everyone I have encountered at Aminad is extremely generous with their time, money, and talents. Our team is so supportive of each other in both a professional and personal manner, and this is reflected in the value the firm brings to our clients and surrounding communities."

Meet Aminad’s Summer Business Analyst Intern Rebecca Kim! Rebecca is an Economics major at Vanderbilt University. Now, let’s get to know a little bit more about her! ✨ What are you looking forward to most in your role as a summer intern? “I look forward to working for a values-oriented company and helping to drive data-driven changes for Aminad’s public sector partners. I’m excited to learn more through the role and co-workers during the summer internship.” ✨ How do you spend your free time? “I love to spend my free time exploring new cultures, including trying new cuisines and learning new languages. This past semester, I was able to study abroad at the University College London where I was able to travel to 9 countries and engage in various cultural experiences.” ✨ What is your favorite element of Aminad’s company culture? “My favorite element of Aminad’s company culture is the spirit of continuous learning which is not only a motivator for personal growth but also a means to connect with others through in-depth understanding and constant awareness of the surrounding environment.”
