Founded in 2010, American Pets Alive! (AmPA!) - www.americanpetsalive.org - Is a core educational program of Austin Pets Alive! (who was instrumental in turning Austin into the largest No Kill city in the nation). AmPA! Is designed to share proven, affordable, and achievable no-kill programs and tactics with shelters, animal welfare and rescue organizations, and animal advocates throughout the United States and beyond. Using tactics proven out in Austin and other leading no-kill cities, American Pets Alive! delivers education, programs, support, and hopes to help every community move toward no kill. We can help.
