This impressive 14-foot diameter Francis runner is in the early stages of assembly in American Hydro’s facility in York, PA. After extensive custom engineering and scale model testing to provide excellent wide operating characteristics, it is rewarding to see the full-size version come together in our shop! With quality and safety as top priorities at AH, this runner will be moved to a weld positioner next to ensure the highest quality welds possible and safe access to all of the weld joints.
