Happy to share some photographs from the "Leveraging Transition Finance In Australia to Decarbonize Hard to Abate Industries" Boardroom Session that was organized by the American Australian Association in the context of UN NY Climate Week on September 24th (https://lnkd.in/e5JXfb4s). I had the rare honor of having my session bookended by two exceptional speakers, both Ambassadors of #Australia to the #USA, John Berry and HE the Hon Dr Kevin Rudd AC, former #primeminister of Australia. It was a packed event, with standing room only, and I was privileged to share the stage with Daniel O'Toole, Trade and Investment Commissioner and Lead for Net Zero, Australian Government , and Natasha M., Commissioner for the Americas, Government of Western Australia. It was a lively event, showcasing the limitless potential that #WesternAustralia possesses within Transition Finance, and how many opportunities there are to move the needle in the right direction with regards to global #decarbonization. #ClimateWeek #transitionfinance #NetZero
