Thanks Health Care Without Harm for calling out the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Health Administration (VHA) for the wasteful practice of using only virgin devices when FDA-regulated, reprocessed single-use devices are as safe, effective, and available. They cost less too. 80 US military hospitals use regulated reprocessed devices, as do every hospital system in the United States except for the VHA. It's time for the VHA to stop wasting taxpayer money.
