Leslie joined us for a LIVE podcast and kept us all entertained as we walked through her career, how to make moves when you're building your own, and how to stand out as a sales person in a tough market. Not to mention she's got an incredible tiktok sales channel. Our favorite quote from the episode went something like this. "If it's not repeatable, it's not scalable. Full stop." We're all just trying to figure out how to scale and grow, but a one hit wonder isn't repeatable. It's a good reminder to find something that works AND you can do over and over again.
