Meet Dave Bandy, Allstate Benefits' Area Vice President, National Sales. Dave has been with Allstate Benefits since 1989 and currently heads the Michigan Health Sales Office that is responsible for Michigan, Indiana and Kentucky. He also oversees the Ancillary Sales Division for Allstate Health. Dave is a firm believer in positively impacting as many employee careers as he can. “When you love what you do, you will never work a day in your life,” he told us. “I have been blessed in my career and I want that for as many of my fellow employees as possible.” A Michigan State University graduate, Dave loves “anything related to lakes and oceans”—boating, fishing, and collecting nautical-themed items are just a few of his favorite pastimes outside of work.
