Excited to be heading to Seattle for #CVPR2024! If youโre attending, letโs connect! Come say ๐ , and join me on Tuesday, June 18th, at Summit 433 at the Responsible Generative AI workshop (https://lnkd.in/drGrRmgQ). Iโll be presenting my latest work during the poster session. In this research, we introduce a framework to explore the decision-making process of deep learning classifiers by generating, selecting, and interpreting representative data points at the decision boundary. The findings are promising, providing insightful samples that can be used to fill in model cards (https://lnkd.in/dz_EJPqg), therefore improving model reporting! Curious? Check out the details here: https://lnkd.in/dNyV8GxS โFinding Patterns in Ambiguity: Interpretable Stress Testing in the Decision Boundaryโ is co-authored by Luis Filipe Teixeira, Jan van Rijn, Andrรฉ Restivo, Carlos Soares and Moisรฉs Santos as part of the projects Center for Responsible AI and AISym4MED - Horizon Europe. Looking forward to seeing you there!

The #EuropeanHealthDataSpace (EHDS) has the potential to be very positive for the #EuropeanUnion and its #citizens in a number of ways๐. The EHDS will give people more control over their health data. This will allow them to decide who can access their data and for what purposes, giving to people more privacy and control over their personal information. The EHDS will make it easier for healthcare providers to access a patient's complete medical history, regardless of where the care was provided. This can lead to better diagnosis and treatment. The EHDS will make it easier for researchers to access large datasets of health data. This can lead to new discoveries and improvements in healthcare. Check out the factsheet on European Health Data Space for more: https://lnkd.in/dWziYMMn
Your health data is now public domain. Or....? The European Health Data Space (EHDS) just got approved, and will be working towards electronic health data across EU member states. This means that access to health data can be transferred to: Individuals (their own) Healthcare organizations Research organizations Innovation initiatives Policymakers But, it will not mean that everyone gets access to everything. The EHDS builds on: GPDR Data Governance Act Data Act Network and Information Systems Directive And aims to provide a trustworthy and secure setting to access and process health data. It is expected to save the EU billions, but also improve health and save lives. But, to achieve this, data needs to be digitalized, secured, and interoperable. And, when that is done, we can start talking about truly getting the benefits of artificial intelligence in healthcare. How do you think the EHDS will change European healthcare?
