The Voice of Airports
About us
Airports Council International-North America (ACI-NA) represents local, regional, and state governing bodies that own and operate commercial airports in the United States and Canada. ACI-NA member airports enplane more than 95 percent of the domestic and virtually all the international airline passenger and cargo traffic in North America. Approximately 380 aviation-related businesses are also members of ACI-NA, providing goods and services to airports. Collectively, U.S. airports employ more than 1.2 million people, support more than 11.5 million jobs, and account for $1.4 trillion in economic activity. Canadian airports support 405,000 jobs and contribute C$35 billion to Canada’s GDP.

📣 Calling all ACI-NA Young Professional Members! This is your reminder to participate in the 2024 Reclaiming the Sky Resiliency Project. Take the opportunity to develop resiliency strengths from examples of courage of the 9/11 generation of aviation heroes. The first 25 YPs to register will be given a free E-book copy of “Reclaiming the Sky,” a book that profiles front-line airport and airline employees who came into work in Boston, New York/Newark and Washington, D.C. on the morning of September 11, 2001, expecting a normal day only to find that “just doing my job” was to become the creed of heroes. Attend an online workshop and submit an essay on what you learned from the project for the chance to win a complimentary registration to ACI-NA’s Annual Conference and Exhibition in Grand Rapids, MI from September 7 - 10, in addition to cash awards and recognition during a general session. For more information, visit reclaimingthesky.com/ and register below ⬇️
