The voice of North American airports! This week, we hosted communications, marketing, and customer experience leaders from our MarComCX Committee Steering Group. Over two days, we discussed the key issues driving the news and the passenger experience.

ACI-NA member XNA Northwest Arkansas National Airport had a record June with a total of 108,777 enplanements, representing the most ever recorded in a single month in its history. This year, ACI-NA member Orlando International Airport set a new record for the busiest Fourth of July holiday in the airport’s history, screening approximately 1.5 million travelers over a nine day period. Take the opportunity to develop resiliency strengths from examples of courage of the 9/11 generation of aviation heroes.
