I just had a great "one-question survey after your call". I called Broadway in Boston to exchange tickets and was asked, "Would you hire the person you just spoke to?" A much higher and more appropriate standard than "Was your problem resolved?" And, yes, I would have. https://lnkd.in/e88gPrgz
