Introducing Sachin Jayaraman CLSSGB, an On-Site Account Manager at AH Group. Sachin works out of one of our customers’ plants in Arlington, Texas. He has been working in manufacturing for 4.5 years. “I always like to be inquisitive of things and ideas which evolved into taking up a career in the manufacturing space,” said Sachin. In addition to AH Group, Sachin has also worked for a tractor engineering manufacturing plant and a plastic molding supplier within the automotive industry. He also has a Master’s Degree in Engineering Management. "Sachin always goes above and beyond to ensure that the consumer is taken care of," said Sachin's coworker. One year ago today, AH Group lost one of our leaders and principal owners; Dhawal Zatakia. Dhawal was a kind-hearted leader who always put the needs of others above his own. This was an incredible loss for our community at AH Group. Friday, we had the opportunity to celebrate Dhawal's life with a luncheon at our facility in Troy, MI. Here, we ate some of Dhawal's favorite foods, played games, and most importantly, shared our favorite memories with Dhawal. "Dhawal loved AH, and his daily mission was to continuously find better ways to serve our customers. Every member on the AH team learns the importance of customer service on day 1 and performs their daily tasks and job functions while always keeping the customer first in mind. Working alongside Dhawal for 15 years, I was lucky to learn and pick up this trait from him from an early stage. AH Group will always operate with a customer-first mindset and continue finding better ways to remain as leaders in our industry," said Dhrumil Parikh. We are grateful for the opportunity to honor Dhawal's life. We will continue to do so by advancing our company's vision to be the global leaders in industrial repair management.
