AgStart helps ag/food/health startups by simplifying the process and provides access to a wealth of resources so they can get their world-changing technologies funded and out into the world. Situated in the heart of Ag Innovation, AgStart knows the logistics of creating profitable ag/food/health startups and has the industry connections and know-how to de-risk the process so you can get to work faster and spend less money. Since 2021 we have helped 12 resident companies raise $49 million in private capital. AgStart offers two services: _______________________ 1. FREE COMMUNITY EVENTS. 1:1 office hours with industry experts, referrals Meet industry leaders and connect with our robust ag/food/ health network. Plus, you’ll have access to mentors, community, and how-tos for running a business, pitching investors, wholesale discounts, and 1:1 office hours with industry experts. LOW-COST, ON-DEMAND LAB SPACE. If you need affordable lab space (wet, food, fermentation, or tissue culture), we offer facilities and shared equipment to allow you to get started immediately. Plus, you’ll have exclusive access to the lab community Slack, wholesale discounts on personal equipment and consumables, and expert help with equipment and procedures from our lab manager.
