What exactly is Product Ownership? Product Ownership requires a distinct set of capabilities and skills: https://bit.ly/49wlqMJ Please note that we are describing Product Ownership here, meaning it does not tie into any specific person, role, function or accountability. This illustrates what needs to be done from the Product Ownership perspective when developing products. #Scrum #ProductOwner #Agile

Congratulations to all of the amazing and deserving members of the military/veteran community that have been selected to participate in Cohort 10 of the Agile for Patriots program! There were so many great candidates who registered for this year's cohort, making it a very difficult decision on selecting those who would go on to be part of Cohort 10. If you missed the opportunity to register for this year's cohort then keep an eye out when we announce program dates for next year's cohort towards the end of this year. Thank you as well to all of our volunteers and supporters in your efforts in getting us to this milestone! Without your assistance we would not be able to assist these well-deserved and qualified members of our military community. ⏰ Friendly Reminder - Click below to register TODAY! ⏰ THIS IS AN ONLINE WEBINAR ONLY What's a better model - work from anywhere or force a return to office? Many CEO's are struggling with these choices and so am I. In this Meetup, I will share how I failed to live up to my principles and values as the CEO of a work from anywhere Agile organization, and how our Chief People Officer - Monika Singh is helping me learn from my mistakes and adapt. Here are some questions Monika will help us explore... 💻 What questions should a CEO consider when deciding the type of organization they want to lead - work from office, work from anywhere or hybrid? 💻 What role does trust play in building a work from anywhere organization? 💻 How should a CEO think about trust? 💻 How might a CEO support a sense of belonging in globally distributed, multi-cultural, work from anywhere teams? 💻 How might a CEO enable a team culture in such an environment 💻 How might a CEO help teams develop muscles to solve their own problem and evolve into high-performing, self-managing Agile teams 💻 Where can attendees learn more? #webinar #webinarevent #webinaralart #leadership #csuite #agile Ravi Verma (PST, CPCC, CRP)
