My interview with Steve on our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion documentary project was fun, insightful, and inspirational. A prominent personality like Steve Savage, founder and owner of ATX Soul Radio, who commands public fascination and influence in day-to-day media, was a pleasure. His perspectives opened new horizons for our initiative. The interview shed light on critical issues and highlighted the importance of diversity in our society. Steve's insights resonated deeply with me and fueled listeners' commitment to DEI. The experience showed how vital authentic conversations are for progress in DEI efforts. The Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) filming process involves selecting participants to film and obtaining consent using a consent or media release form. The DEI documentary includes questionnaires/surveys, interviews, observations, and experiments, which is the most appropriate way to collect data for a documentary. The documentary relies on interviews and questionnaires of various important information. The documentary makes deliberate decisions on diversity, equity, and inclusion, focusing on resource allocation and capacity building.
