    APSI performs many advanced repairs on several small engine platforms such Honeywell and PWC APU's , RR and Honeywell and GE Turboshaft engines . Laser, Electron Beam , Micro-welding , Dabber welding , Stud welding (CD) , Pack and VPA diffusion coatings ,diffusion brazing (ADH Mfill Turbofix -like ) , corrosion resistant coatings ( Sermetal –like and Epoxy) , Vacuum and Atmosphere( Hydrogen)furnace brazing , Honeycomb assembly and brazing , Vacuum and Atmosphere heat treating ,metrology equipment such as DCC CMMs and digital scanning , NDT such as pressure testing , Met. Lab, FPI and Ultrasonic , FIC cleaning , chemical cleaning and stripping , plasma , twin arc and flame spray ,CNC milling and turning , grinding , CNC 5-axis wire EDM , ( 10) CNC Plunge and sinker EDM , Turbine Nozzle Segment and Diffuser Effective Airflow up to 36 square inches for more information contact us [email protected]
