Last month, ACLD had the opportunity to sort, pack and deliver end of year shirts for St. William the Abbot School in Seaford. Since 2001, Patrick has been employed at Target. Patrick's tasks have changed throughout the years as Patrick is determined to learn multiple departments. We would like to give a special shout-out to Chrisann at the Long Island Railroad! 🚉 She was able to meet with the Prevocational program at the Bethpage train station last month. She reviewed safety procedures and things to be aware of when traveling on the LIRR. The prevocational program learned how to purchase a ticket, read a train schedule, and who to contact if they need assistance. We have worked with Chrisann before and appreciate the time she has devoted to training the ACLD prevocational program for safe train travel and we look forward to working with her again soon.
