Accel Compression used a specialized chemical cleaning process to bring a flame arrestor back to <95% of it’s original flow rate. After the cleaning process each element is properly flow tested and recorded to confirm the unit is ready to be install back into operation. Each element is tagged and testing results filed for future cleaning. This whole process is a fraction of the cost of replacing with a new element.
