What a successful Student Posters Session at #EdMedia24!
👉 News from the Edmedia Conference in Brussels! 🌟 For the first time ever, the Edmedia Conference featured a Master Student Poster Session initiated by my colleague Emmy Vrieling and myself. Three talented students from the Open Universiteit of the Netherlands dared to lead the way! They presented their master thesis research at this conference and impressed the international jury with the quality of their studies and their posters. 👏 Congratulations to: 🔹 Iris Overgoor: The impact of feedback literacy on students’ peer feedback orientation: A study within online higher education 🔹 Bianca MERKEN: The effect of teacher feedback when using rubrics on self-regulated learning and the mediating role of motivation 🔹 Karin Sedney: What is the influence of culture on collaborative learning? This debut session can be regarded as a success, marked by great posters, proud students, engaging conversations, and expanded networks. 📣 We are excited to share that this fantastic initiative will also be part of next year’s Edmedia Conference.
