Diana's journey with AAA spans 16 years, marked by unwavering dedication and a relentless pursuit of excellence. Armed with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Miami University, Diana embarked on her career as a Sales Manager for Ohio Auto Club. In 2019, she made a seamless transition to AAA Club Alliance, where she held various roles, including Assistant Manager, Office Manager, Senior Office Manager, and now District Manager. Beyond her professional endeavors, Diana is a devoted single mother to two remarkable kids, two dogs, and one “delightfully chunky” cat. In her leisure time, Diana finds solace and excitement in the company of her family and close friends, often immersing herself in live music events, ranging from intimate venues to sprawling festivals. Fun fact: she's a bona fide Ancient History enthusiast, often tuning in to the History Channel for a dose of historical intrigue. Diana's ultimate fantasy job would be curating the treasures of The Egyptian Museum in Cairo and her dream vacation would be to Egypt, where she dreams of cruising the majestic Nile, tracing the footsteps of pharaohs, and exploring the wonders of antiquity. From Diana: “I genuinely love my job. My favorite part would have to be interacting and working with the rest of my ACA family. My team is why I do what I do! I also adore our Members, especially the regulars who I’ve developed relationships with over the years.” #AAASpotlight

Join us in congratulating Tara on reaching a milestone - a decade of dedication to AAA! Tara began her journey with AAA as a Retail Sales Associate, climbing the ranks to become a Retail Assistant Manager. She continued as an Auto Travel Specialist before becoming an Auto Travel Manager. At the core of Tara's responsibilities is the handling of map ordering and fulfillment for all of ACA, as well as managing the TripTik/ATS programs. Her expertise extends to nurturing relationships with ACA’s domestic travel partners, ensuring our members enjoy premium experiences. Tara serves as a vital link between our club and AAA National, diligently coordinating all auto travel and domestic travel programs. Her passion for the hospitality industry, underscored by a degree in Hotel, Restaurant & Tourism Management, infuses her work with enthusiasm and expertise. Tara and her husband, Jon, will celebrate their 8th anniversary this year along with their two sons and their two feline companions. Family vacations, especially beach getaways, hold a special place in her heart, complemented by activities like exercising, reading, and culinary adventures with their budding kitchen helpers. Fun fact: Tara shares a birthday with none other than Mickey Mouse, a fitting coincidence given their pivotal role in managing ACA's Disney relationship! From Tara: “I enjoy working for a company that is well-known and has been trusted by consumers for over 100 years (whenever I tell someone I work for AAA they always know who you are talking about!). With the work/life balance AAA provides, I get to work in a field I am passionate about but still have the flexibility to attend special events at my children’s daycare. #AAASpotlight

Your safety is always one of our top priorities. Have a fun July 4 holiday!✨

EVP, Chief Legal Officer at AAA Club Alliance

I am filled with immense pride when I think about AAA’s tireless advocacy efforts to ensure safety for motorists and pedestrians. This year, once again, record road travel is expected over the July 4th holiday. For years we advocated for legislation now on the books in all 50 states which requires drivers to 'slow down and move over' when approaching first responders working at the roadside. Today, AAA is committed to expanding these crucial protections to include anyone in a disabled vehicle or otherwise at risk on the side of the road. Every individual deserves to feel safe whether working or traveling on our roads. AAA will continue to support this fundamental right. With so many of us sharing the road, let us all exercise caution and responsibility behind the wheel. Together, we can make a difference and save lives. Wishing you a happy and safe holiday.

Each year, AAA - and our members - supply the fun to Cincinnati-area kids at Kings Island! It's always a day full of joy for everyone!

View profile for Tom Wiedemann, graphic

    CEO at AAA Club Alliance

I am very thankful to our members for their continued support of the annual AAA Children’s Outing at Kings Island. This year, we’re celebrating 115 years of providing a wonderful day of fun to kids from throughout greater Cincinnati. It’s an amazing legacy that began in 1909 as AAA members took children from local orphanages to area parks. The event has evolved to a trip to the world famous amusement park with all of the rides, food and fun the kids can enjoy, at no cost to them. This year, nearly 600 children from 15 local agencies enjoyed the outing. A team of AAA Associates volunteered their time to make the event extra special. When we see the kid’s faces light up with joy and huge smiles, we know it’s been another great success. To the AAA members whose donations help create such a memorable experience – thank you.
