88 Acres makes seed-based foods with an ingredient philosophy rooted on the 88-acre farm that our founder Nicole grew up on. We create food that is good for your body, good for the planet, and good for your community without compromising on flavor, nutrition, or safety. All of our products are made in our dedicated Bakery free of peanuts, tree nuts, gluten, dairy, eggs, soy, and sesame.

The MassSkills Coalition cultivates a community of partners, embracing skills-based hiring and leveraging skills, knowledge, and abilities to attract, retain, and develop a growing workforce The Coalition will provide employers, business groups, and supportive partners with: -A learning community to assist employers in strengthening a skills-based hiring agenda to emphasize skills, knowledge, and abilities. -Best practices shared among employers to sustain and strengthen effective diversity, equity, inclusivity, and accessibility (DEIA) workplace cultures. -Resources and data to support talent attraction and retention, which will be housed by EOLWD at www.mass.gov, and focus especially on skills-based hiring, including but not limited to: -Rethinking how companies source talent; -Re-writing job descriptions; -Reviewing existing assessment tools and adopting new interview processes; -Rethinking which jobs require degrees; -Developing and publishing transparent job advancement pathways; Strengthening supportive work environments; -Creating new training modules; and -Recognizing and rewarding employees that earn credentials or certifications. 88 Acres is dedicated to hiring the best candidates for our workforce based on skill and developing the team we have to evolve with our growing organization. Yesterday marked our 1 year anniversary of being in our new facility in Canton, MA! Congratulations to our entire team for this incredible milestone - building our dream bakery from scratch and moving our production, fulfillment, and corporate teams under one roof has been a WILD ride. We have SO much room for potential here. Earlier this week we hired & onboarded an entirely new shift of team members to help us produce more bars for some BIG dream partnerships and innovations - we cannot wait to share with you all! Last but certainly not least, we recognized our longest tenured team members for their extremely hard work and continued commitment to 88 Acres 💙
