Ongoing storms and catastrophes remind us how deeply we depend on resilient infrastructure. Infrastructure isn't just concrete & steel. It's the backbone of our daily lives. At 4M, we know resilience isn’t built by waiting. It’s built by putting in the work to make a difference now. Behind the scenes, our team is working hard to develop a 𝐂𝐨𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐔𝐭𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐢𝐬𝐤 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 tool. Ready to deploy when our friends and partners need it most. Our mission is clear: 👉 Unlock the world beneath our feet and ensure the continuity of the critical infrastructure we all rely on. To bring our vision to life, we teamed up with the Georgia Department of Transportation and WSB to highlight the need for change and the importance of accessible, reliable utility data in accelerating the development of a stronger, more resilient infrastructure. 🚫 We can no longer rely on conventional methods to build, protect, and recover from natural disasters that continue to impact our communities. ✅ We deserve infrastructure that evolves with us and is built to last. So, let's make it happen. Watch the video below to see how 4M Analytics empowers the infrastructure professionals who plan, design, and build the work to future-proof America's infrastructure. Press on. #EvolvingInfrastructure #4MAnalytics #Milton #helene

We’re building a map. The first digitized & up-to-date map of subsurface utilities. One reliable source of truth, that gives all stakeholders the confidence they need to plan, design and construct large scale infrastructure projects. Our technology, a combination of satellite imagery and artificial intelligence, is the tool that enables us to do so. Its ability to scan and detect visual evidence of existing buried utilities (documented or undocumented), shines a light over the type, route and location of utilities passing through your right of way. Basically, you tell us where to look and we’ll let our technology generate the map you need for your project. We help: ● General contractors ● Project / utility owners ● Consultants ● SUE firms Plan, design and construct: ● Highways, bridges, tunnels, railways ● Water & wastewater pipelines ● Oil & gas pipelines ● Energy T&D lines ● Solar & Wind farms ● Optic fiber lines ● Any other infrastructure project

"We hit that line 𝘵𝘩𝘳𝘦𝘦 times." And it wasn’t for lack of effort or due diligence. The DPR team was thorough on their project for a Florida university. 🔹 Got As-builts from the owner. ✔️ 🔹 Called 811. ✔️ 🔹 Used external GPR services. ✔️ (3x) But even with all this in place, they kept hitting the same buried electrical line. That’s when they turned to 4M. Within 48 hours, our team uncovered historical imagery showing ground flagging where that line lay hidden. Using 4M's utility data, DPR could have directed GPR services to focus on key areas—saving both time and costs. The takeaway? Quick access to reliable data at the start of a project isn’t just a nice to have. It’s a 𝘨𝘢𝘮𝘦-𝘤𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘨𝘦𝘳. __ #UtilityMapping #InfrastructureDevelopment

Quiet part aloud- there is a lot of anxiety from ISP’s, State Broadband Offices, Consultants, and Policy Makers regarding funding ramifications based on the results of the upcoming election. Significant funding, like BEAD ($42b) has been set aside for wiring broadband out to rural homes & residence. As a person who grew up in a rural town that didn’t receive DSL until the mid-late 00’s I can empathize with the value. Unfortunately, I’m seeing estimated costs in some places of $10-$20k per crossing(home). One must wonder if it’s worth it at that price when other options are available like wireless and satellite. And what if a Starlink influenced White House has a larger say in funding policy? We can discuss the merits of fixed broadband vs. satellite and it’s cost/value, but one thing is for sure, we need to continue to decrease engineering and construction costs of fixed broadband and increase the speed to permitting and deployment to increase its viability. To do so, let’s leverage AI to find our path of least resistance to lay fiber, reduce utility strikes, and accelerate through the permitting and design phases Caltrans was on the bleeding edge of this in their middle-mile projects (link in comments) and the video below is a utility coordination project that was completed in days by using 4M Analytics rather than months through conventional methods. . . I'll be at Broadband Communities Summit West next week if you plan to attend. #bbcsummitwest .

🤔 "𝐃𝐢𝐝 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝟒𝐌 𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐣𝐨𝐛 𝐲𝐞𝐭?" It's a common question at Lina T. Ramey and Associates, Inc. (LTRA), where 4M is used to start every project. Why? Because 4M Analytics has become an integral part of their workflow. “𝘐𝘵’𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘧𝘪𝘳𝘴𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘸𝘦 𝘥𝘰 𝘰𝘯𝘤𝘦 𝘸𝘦 𝘬𝘯𝘰𝘸 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘫𝘦𝘤𝘵 𝘭𝘪𝘮𝘪𝘵𝘴." The team at LTRA knows the value of having 𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐚 𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭. They don’t take chances, and neither should you. 👷♂️ Reliable Data Early = Faster planning → Reduced risk → Confident builds. Is your team set up for success like LTRA? __ #AI #InfrastructureDevelopment #Utilities
