Construction recently wrapped up at Pacific Ridge Apartments in Tigard! JT Smith Companies hired 3J to provide project management, land use planning, civil engineering, and water resources engineering for this 76-unit apartment complex. We also provided drone photography and 3D visualizations throughout design and construction. While the lot provided some unique challenges, our team worked hard to maximize the space on this hillside lot and provide residents with ample amenities! #3Jprojects

We're excited to be working with Westside Economic Alliance on this!
At our March Policy Conference we had experts from the transportation world speak to us about funding challenges faced by Oregon Department of Transportation. Our amazing panel moderator Tom Rinehart sat down with Representative Susan McLain, Metro Councilor Juan Carlos González, and ODOT's Rian Windsheimer. Tom asked the panelists to dig into the question: Are we, as a state, meeting the moment in finding the needed funding for both transportation projects and critical ops & maintenance? The answer: not yet. And so Westside Economic Alliance, with 3J Consulting, has launched a summer workshop to dig into transportation revenue sources to better understand the challenges and opportunities. We plan to be ready to join the table as the 2025 legislative session digs into transportation funding options. You can watch the full panel here: https://lnkd.in/ggj7mAJF.

Last week, our community planning team led a workshop for the City of Cornelius 2045 Vision project. Given the importance of local and regional coordination, we invited key partners and stakeholders to participate in a half-day workshop to develop a citywide Action Plan. The Action Plan will help implement the new Cornelius 2045 Vision Statement, which focuses on the following topics identified through the visioning process: • Community, engagement, culture, • Transportation, safety, infrastructure • Parks, nature, recreation • Governance and growth management The workshop focused on identifying topic-specific action items with associated lead partners, timelines, and order of magnitude costs.
