As an introvert, I've been too shy to pitch at events. Yesterday was my first 'mass-pitch' and I came 2nd out of 60 startups in the 2080 Ventures Global Pitch Comp!😶 Dread, sweaty palms, racing heart, tons of prep, nervous headache but all absolutely worth it. A prior invitation to pitch at Shark Tank Australia was also met with dread (and excuses) from me, but after this experience I might re-evaluate 🤔 Special thanks to the 2080 Ventures team for organising, in particular Sun Choi 최성안 for the nudge, and Julia Chernenko for brilliant event planning.
