Communication and Data Management best practices are critical to managing #LCRR Preliminary Inventory. Bob Carleton in Paxton is an incredible example of a customer communicating effectively with his community about what the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)'s LCRR/LCRI inventory requires. We love working alongside our customers with our #DigitalWater platform to manage the complexities of water quality regulations.

So you’ve submitted your LSL inventory. What’s Next?? 👀 The #LCRR requires water systems to send notifications to residents with a lead, GRR, or unknown service line by November 15. If you’re seeking guidance on the template to use in your state for these notifications - we’ve got you covered! Check out our helpful map outlining which states have released their own templates that water systems need to use to send out these notices, and which states have not. If your state has a template, you can find it on your state agency’s website. If not, you can use the template provided by the EPA, available on the EPA’s website. If you’re interested in learning how 120Water can take these customer notifications off your plate, let us know by filling out this form: https://lnkd.in/gMbj-7ZT

▶️ The November 15 deadline is approaching. Submit notices to lead service line GRR and unknown customers by this date to stay compliant. Each service line type requires a unique notice. While mail is the standard method, some states now allow email or other options. Be sure to check your state’s regulations for all available notification methods.
