I’ve seen teams arriving at similar conclusions but expressing in different ways, teams building insights that weren’t relevant or pertinent, and even getting it wrong for lack of proper interpretation and understanding of how to analyze the data at hand. Not only did the goals must be clear and unbiased (if you ask the right questions you’ll get that), but the communication must be clear and the most objective possible, letting conclusions and interpretations for after the factual and statistical (if applicable) analysis.
