Have an open dialogue with your team members and get to understand what they are going through. Be an active listener while practicing empathy. Empathy enables you to put yourself in the shoes of the affected person. This gives you clarity about their perspectives.

We are living in a society. We have lived in isolation as well during pandemic. Undoubtedly, to grow, to interact, to empathise and sympathise society is required. As a team member I believe it is my duty to explain other members that change is the only constant and always for the better! We must welcome the change with open arms,it is going to happen no matter what. It depends on us how we will adapt to it. Embrace uncertainty. All that happens, happens for good.

Clarity is very crucial when communicating about the change. Give the reasons for the change, the methodology and timelines. Give room for people to ask clarifying questions. Communicate on the role that each plays in the change process. In all this, ensure that there's shared understanding.

Leaders aren’t self-made; they are driven. A lot of people have given me inspiration over the years and great inspiration and fantastic advice, and I was fuelled by my beliefs and an internal drive and passion to do great things and inspire along my journey. That’s why I’m always willing to offer motivation—to friends or strangers. I know the power of inspiration. You must love what you do. In order to be truly successful at something, you must obsess over it and let it consume you during your process of achieving greatness. No matter how successful your business might become, you are never satisfied and constantly push to do something bigger, better and greater.

Support can be offered through mentorship, training and provision of necessary available resources. Conduct a survey that asks people what kind of help that they need and communicate about the results and way forward.

By demonstrating a commitment to their growth and providing necessary tools and resources, you boost their confidence and motivation. This support system facilitates skill development and helps them adapt to new roles, fostering a positive work environment amidst change.

How you start the morning sets the tone for the rest of the day. Have you ever woken up late, panicked, and then felt like nothing good happened the rest of the day? Instead of letting this dominate you, start your day with positive affirmations. Talk to yourself in the mirror, even if you feel silly, with statements like, “Today will be a great day” or “I’m going to be Awesome today.” You’ll be amazed how much your day improves. Allow yourself to experience humor in even the darkest or most trying situations. Remind yourself that this situation will probably make for a good story later and try to crack a joke about it.

Bring your attention to what you’re doing right now……… You might give this a go when your reading. As you do, you’ll probably notice your mind naturally wants to wander away from the content of your book. Momentarily stop what you’re doing and say to yourself, ‘I’m reading, ‘Then bring your attention back with a greater sense of awareness to stay in the moment. Once you are present to an experience, become aware of the thoughts accompanying that experience. It’s likely that you’ll notice judgements such as: The traffic is terrible. I’m tired. The weekend was too short. I need a holiday. I’m bored. As best you can, withhold any judgement for a moment or two and see how it changes the way you feel.
