You need to share a document with a colleague. What’s the best way to do it?

Email attachments remain a straightforward method for sharing documents. It's efficient for smaller files and familiar to most users. From my perspective, email attachments are still the best way to go. This is because, no matter how long ago the file was sent asong as you still have access to that email, then your file is always there for a re-download if needed. Cloud storage systems are also fantastic as that keeps the data available but in the event you get locked out of the account, accessibility to the file is lost. Although this has been taken care of by the simple and easy ways to recover accounts lost and the good thing about it, is that it has limitless storage (to an extent, depending on what you subscribe for). File Transfer Systems are generally used for large file transfers or files/images/art that needs to retain the original quality of the file sent.

If I want to share a document with a colleague or anybody, I will just email the document to the person. Apart from it been an official platform to use, it also stands as a future reference incase future denial or missing hard copy of document.

I agree with all of those, but it also depends on the colleague. Because that colleague might be comfortable with word another one might be comfortable with dropbox another one airdropping everybody is so different some people want to piece of paper that’s how they want you to share it so it really depends on the colleagueand being able to be flexible and understanding
