Learning culture requires an environment and leadership support. Out of 4 companies, I worked, one of them encouraged a lot on learning and I still remember I have completed more certifications and learning hours from that company compared to other. Some time should be allocated from busy schedules and keep for learning activities. Initiatives can be taken to provide employees with access to quality learning resources or opportunities.Keeping employees motivated and engaged in continuous learning requires ongoing effort and incentives.Foster a culture that values and rewards learning. Ensure strong leadership support and advocacy for learning initiatives, provide time and resources dedicated to learning and development.

Every organization is wanted to have employees are equipped with state of art technologies and allocate budgets too. But in reality, its just for the purpose of another slide in annual presentations. Management would benefit immensely with investing time, money and efforts in upskilling workforce. And it should be encouraged at all levels. This exercise should be sincere and aided with improvements more learnings can be suggested. Run a pilot program, validate results and apply to BU level in next phase.
