The first step in my opinion is to talk to each other - getting real exchange. Haven't we communicated, a.k.a. informed our colleagues, for far too long, with too little result? To have people collaborate you have to listen as well as talk, change perspective, take into account other points of view and find common denominators. In short, defining a CSR vision (any vision, for that matter) that is worked for and internalized by employees is not a one-way road nor is it a "two-way road". Rather, it is a network of relationships, consisting of people who know how to work together and contribute in their own individual and brilliant way.

The next step is to integrate CSR into your project plan and make it part of your project scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and communication management.
