It should have a clear introduction, body, and conclusion. 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆: Look at the presenters’ communication skills, including their clarity, volume, pace, and body language. Perception is reality. 360 feedbacks was” a thing” in the U.S. Army. It was a full walk through of who thought what, about you. It’s always good to get “honest feeback” - if they will give it. Just realize that they won’t spend the time if they don’t think you mind. If you do get feedback and you think it’s off, ask your closest friends to validate it. They’re willing to tell you truth and may shed light on some things. For me, I have to really watch myself is serious meetings because I have been known to throw some humor into every meeting I can. Sorry, not sorry. Everyone has a blind spot, once you find yours another one will pop up. It’s a cycle, remind everyone in your group of this and you’ll find better teams.

Observe team dynamics and give feedback on this also. Every member of the team should have contributed something and this should be evident in how the group performs. Not everyone is great at public speaking and the most analytical people can often be overlooked if they are introverts also. Recognise everyone's contribution
