It Depends On Who Is Leading The Meeting The meeting facilitator will dictate but in consideration of the time, environment and participates. Participates shouldn't always expect the facilitator to be lavish to keep their attention, sometimes things just need to be discussed without the dramatics. You can stay attentive for a couple hours adults no matter how dry the delivery. Always leave the meeting with everyone understanding why they were there and what happens next. I ain’t going to lie sometimes using all those tactics make things longer than it should have been.
