If you are failing to gain traction, reassessing goals seems obvious but I'd go deeper than that. Getting to the root of the why behind the why is mission critical. Perhaps in determine your ideal client profile you missed a key factor or perhaps you have your ICP but you are lacking in understanding about what it is they want and how they want it. It boils down to relationship and relationship requires communication and a desire to understand. Don't try to fit your customer into your product or service, make sure your product or service fits your customer. Talk to customers, they are all to happy to tell you what is lacking and what they need. Find out and then give it to them. Make a few ridiculously happy & they'll tell others.
