They should embrace creativity.They need to be equipped with AI tools so that they can spend less time with excels and more time giving values to human resources in an organisation. Next, they should be in regular touch with the employees who are actually working on the ground and try to learn the gaps and scope of improvements. Then they will be able to drive creativity and enthusiasm among the employees. Sending mass mails, or only having quarterly meetings for the sake of having a meeting do not work.
