What do you do if your Commercial Design team is underperforming?

Transfer load from low performing employees to someone who is more enthusiastic about the project. Get daily updates through daily morning meeting to track the progress and provide motivation. First and foremost you want to determine why this is happening by investigating the various factors that could be influencing this lack of performance by assessing the various materials and knowledge that you currently have. This could be done by revisiting previous emails, reviewing the necessary technical documents to find where gaps could be, and always reaching out to team members with open communication.

If your team is under performing you need to pump them up, it may be that your team needs to be encouraged needs assurance, or just to here something positive and possibly needs to be shown appreciation.

My first step would be to look in the proverbial mirror and figure out where I had failed to support my team.
