This leads the team to a more empowerment feeling. As it's value adding on a side, by showing/ highlighting the directions, and empowering on the other side, as it means that there are other directions to watch, and many ways to do things.

It's crucial here to consider the directions that each team member needs to grow in for a successful career growth journey. I find it useful to assign to each team member a set of tasks of the following career level that he/she is looking for. This is what I can see as both challenging and meaningful assignments. And I think it's meant to raise the motivation level of everyone in the team.

Regardless of someone’s title or position, everyone must prioritize their own professional development. Just because someone is a manager doesn’t mean they should abandon their career goals. The key to managing this is ensuring your team has access to the same the guidance, resources, and support to grow in their careers too.

Personally, I have never felt passionate as I felt during the times where my managers gave me spaces to innovate, to do things the way I see, and to take ownership of the task in my hand. This opened the doors to me for many growth and learning opportunities, and on the other hand, this made me feel supported, and raised my belief in their role and my interest in having their guidance.
