For those lacking critical thinking skills, I will mentor and coach them on how to improve. I will conduct team-building activities and brainstorming sessions, giving them the opportunity to develop ideas within a specified budget (such as XYZ). This will encourage teamwork and generate diverse ideas, thus improving their thinking skills. Additionally, I will present them with case studies to solve and encourage them to revisit foundational knowledge. Sometimes, revisiting foundational concepts can lead to a fresh perspective and positive changes.

first better to give the necessary time to everybody for a holistic understanding of situation and what is the expected target from the team ... everybody is not an expert in everything .... once the expectation from the team is get determined then the task distribution ...and everybody should have a clear understanding of what task is expected from them ...if everybody become due sincere about own responsibility ..there is no need of as such any designated critical thinker and the team will run in collaboration
