Se a sua empresa não estiver trabalhando com o contingente humano adequado e corresponde ao número de tarefas a serem executadas, os riscos aumentam exponencialmente. Um bom gerenciamento de equipes, mesmo sem qualquer relação com TI também se enquadra na categoria de Segurança da Informação. Digo isso porque ainda há quem pense que este assunto é sobre TI.

Uma coisa que achei útil e muito importante é fazer o plano de resposta a incidente analisando os recursos tecnológicos mas também com foco nas legislações e regulações para uma resposta adequada e numa possível defesa junto aos órgãos fiscalizadores, pois esses órgãos solicitam informações que só a área de tecnologia pode fornecer.
