The safety culture of an organization will be reflected in the KPI's / HSE statistics. If we consider the couple of years statistics, we can identify the performance. Also, doing an effective site survey is also an easy way to identify the safety culture.

Measuring safety culture's success involves safety climate surveys, as exemplified in our experience. We assessed employee and manager perceptions, pinpointing strengths like leadership while revealing weaknesses in training and rewards. It took about six months to observe meaningful changes, teaching us that change is gradual.
