What material things did they lose, the number of friends, neighbours and even relatives they lost in the conflict. The sources of livelihood they lost as this would mean that as refugees they would mostly be 'doing nothing'. How the refugees feel about the events that occurred in the process that led to their present status is key. Even their participation in killing of their 'enemies' who are fellow humans needs attention.
