I always use a whiteboard to explain or understand the requirements. My go-to tool is excalidraw which is free and do not need any authentication if you want some quick tool. Other tools like Miro etc also we can use. Drawing the requirements explains all small and edge cases that can help to minimize the bugs and determize the loop holes.

So the point of it is NOT to write a bunch of sentences and read it to your teammates, like a boring PowerPoint presentation. Instead SHOW them. That's the quickest way to transfer ideas from your brain to theirs with little noise. Well visually represented ideas stick and your colleagues are gonna keep coming back to them for reference.
