Costumo sair das retrospectivas ou de qualquer reunião de melhoria com um plano de ação estruturado com o time. O plano aparece ao longo das daylies ou de momentos específicos para inspeção, acompanhamento. Pensar em entregável nesses momentos de melhorias pode potencializar o Kaizen e medições.
